Create and manage your Seenty organization -- team members, roles, settings, and workspace configuration.
Organization Management
Every resource in Seenty -- monitors, domains, incidents, integrations -- belongs to an organization. An organization is your workspace: it provides tenant isolation, role-based access control, and shared billing.
Creating an organization
When you sign up for Seenty and log in for the first time, you are prompted to create an organization. Choose a name that represents your team, company, or project. The account that creates the organization automatically becomes its Owner.
You can create additional organizations later if you need to separate projects, clients, or business units. Each organization has its own plan, billing, and set of resources.
Organization settings
Navigate to Settings > Organization to manage your workspace:
- Name -- The organization name displayed across the dashboard and in status pages.
- Timezone -- Used for scheduling (nightly scans, on-call rotations) and displaying timestamps.
Switching organizations
If you are a member of multiple organizations, you can switch between them using the organization selector in the sidebar. Each organization is fully isolated -- resources, team members, and billing are completely separate.
